Paid for immediate service (two days) - Had to complain three times!

I am writing to complain about the poor service I received from Check my body health, whose website is https://uk.checkmybodyhealth.com/. On January 30, 2026, I paid $75.00 for a service that was ultimately not delivered as promised.
Specifically, I experienced significant issues with communication and customer support. Despite paying $75.00, I did not receive the results I was expecting. It took three emails and a mention of posting online before I received a response from Check my body health. They claimed to have emailed the results, but I never received them.
Furthermore, I attempted to contact Check my body health through their website's chat and contact information, but these features were consistently non-functional. Due to the lack of communication, failure to deliver the service paid for, and non-functioning contact methods, I am very dissatisfied with Check my body health and would not recommend their services. I believe there is a strong possibility that the data was never sent as claimed.
