Step-by-Step Claim Process
Step 1: Create an Account
If you don't already have an account, sign up here. Use an email address associated with your business for faster verification.
Step 2: Find Your Business Profile
Use the search page to find your business. If your business doesn't have a profile yet, it will be created when someone files a complaint.
Step 3: Submit a Claim Request
On your business profile page, click the "Claim This Business" button. You'll need to provide:
- Your role - Owner, Manager, Legal Representative, etc.
- Explanation - Describe your relationship to the business
- Verification document - Upload proof of your authority (see below)
Step 4: Wait for Review
Our moderation team will review your claim request. This typically takes 1-3 business days. You'll receive an email notification once your claim is approved or if we need additional information.
Acceptable Verification Documents
To verify your authority to represent a business, please provide one of the following:
- Business registration certificate
- Business license
- Articles of incorporation
- Utility bill with business name and address
- Official letter on company letterhead
- Tax registration document
- Domain ownership verification (for online businesses)
All documents are kept confidential and used only for verification purposes.
After Your Claim is Approved
Once approved, you can:
- View all complaints against your business
- Submit official responses to complaints
- Offer resolution proposals to complainants
- Receive email notifications for new complaints

Can I claim a business I don't own?
Only authorized representatives (owners, managers, legal representatives) may claim a business. Submitting false claims may result in account suspension.
What if my claim is rejected?
If your claim is rejected, you'll receive an explanation. You can submit a new claim with additional documentation.
Can multiple people claim the same business?
Yes, multiple authorized representatives can be verified for the same business. Each person must submit their own claim request.
Is there a fee to claim my business?
